So I’ve had some severe anxiety a lot lately. The only time I deal with anxiety is during episodes...generally severe mania. I also have had dream, after dream, after dream that I have lost my mind. I actually feel those emotions during the dreams and wake up extremely unsettled. Is this my body trying to tell me something? I haven’t noticed any other symptoms. My mom suggested my anxiety is returning to work (I’m an instructional assistant and school just started) but I’m not sure of the timing and that would be unusual. Has anyone else ever had intense dreams of severe episodes that actually led to instability? What do I need to do? Should I take klonapin tonight (I only take it as prn and that is very rare)? Do I need to call my pdoc? Thanks for your input!

I would take the PRN tonight and keep an eye on any other signs but not call the pdoc yet.

See all of a sudden I have this EXTREME anxiety that I am going to have a psychotic break...like on the brim of a full fledged panic attack.
