Hi,

I wonder if you have any good book recommendations for bipolar parenting?
That is to say books on how to raise a child when you are bipolar yourself.

Thanks for your time.

I have a book being released January 7th 2020 about parenting with bipolar disorder. It looks at the struggles of parenting with a severe mental illness and how those struggles can be managed. The book is entitled, "I'll Be Right Back", publisher is Trigger Publications.
