Every morning I listen to the album "Hello Nasty" by the Beastie Boys. I remember listening to this when I moved to a big city back in 1998. It was the start of an uplifting period that, unfortunately because of bipolar, effectively ended in 2006.
However, I pulled myself up then and, 20 years later, I'm hoping I can do it again.

And the line "Oh well, whatever, nevermind" - Smells Like Teen Spirit. There's some great music on this thread.
