Every morning I listen to the album "Hello Nasty" by the Beastie Boys. I remember listening to this when I moved to a big city back in 1998. It was the start of an uplifting period that, unfortunately because of bipolar, effectively ended in 2006.

However, I pulled myself up then and, 20 years later, I'm hoping I can do it again.

The same song that I usually relate to. Lyin' Eyes - The Eagles. Especially the line "she wonders how it ever got this crazy..."

And the line "Oh well, whatever, nevermind" - Smells Like Teen Spirit.

There's some great music on this thread.

Cigarette Daydreams - Cage the Elephant

I have to keep reminding myself to stop looking for the answers. The reasons to change are right in front of my face!!!

'You can drive all night
Looking for the answers in the pouring rain
You wanna find peace of mind
Looking for the answer
If we can find a reason, a reason to change
Looking for the answer
If you can find a reason, a reason to stay
Standing in the pouring rain'
Thanks for this!
