I know exactly how you feel about something so reliable. I don't have a Nissan, I have a Honda Civic, but I adore that car. It was the first new car I ever bought in my life. I had used cars before. It is also a possession that is 100% mine alone. I bought it before I got married. That last fact is something very special to me. It is a 1997 Honda and going strong. Never have I broken down driving it (knock on wood) and it has required only the most basic maintenance. I have often thought that if I ever won a lottery that I would still drive this Honda.

I will cry when I have to give up my Honda.

Hi! It's good to see you

Do you have some type of a plan in place should the mania get out of hand?

Yeah, I dread going into depression, too..
Be safe.

I hope you hear back soon I know you questioned possibly increasing a Med to try and halt this... do you still think it will be okay ??

Honda and Nissan both have fantastic ratings and yes as long as you keep up routine maintenance they can just run forever.

It’s funny how we get so attached to our cars but it makes perfect sense.

Here’s hoping our cars continue to treat us well !!!

Well another night of zero sleep

So I baked a cake and brownies made potato salad , egg salad and deviled eggs LOL !!!! I’m making a chicken Caesar salad for dinner.

We are both just going to enjoy whatever foods we want because when we return from Florida it’s going to be strict diabetic diet.

I wish my husband would wake up I want to run the vacuum. I’m headed up a bit, trouble sitting still, I’ll keep a close eye on it

Hope everyone has a wonderful day

Be safe.
There is an urgent services team in my area. I will call the number if my mania gets out of hand before I hear from the pdoc. They might suggest med changes (such as increasing Divalproex or reducting my antidepressant) and can recommend going to the hospital or even send a team out to take me to the hospital if needed. I think if they recommended the changes, my pdoc would support me making them.

Right now it's okay, but I'm watching it closely. I restarted tracking my moods and I have a number of manic symptoms. If they worsen or increase in number, I will call urgent services.

Yeah 2 days of clouds here and drizzle rain on and off. Might snow a little tomorrow but I think it will just be flurries.

So happy you got some good sleep!

What plans do you have this week to get you out of the house??!
I really appreciate you! I actually have plans this morning for a spa pedicure and a movie tonight and M will be calling later. I plan to get to water aerobics three times this week. Thank you for being so caring and supportive. I definitely need to get out of the house.

I’m sorry you are having trouble sleeping. I wonder how long you can hold out without proper sleep. Is there anything you can take for it?

Yum! Party at Christina’s! Chicken Caesar salad sounds incredible!

Good luck with the diabetic diet.

Yup, it sounds like some project-driven hypomania. I hope you do take some breaks now and then. By the way, everything you mentioned sounds yummy!

Yes I need to force myself to just sit !

I really want to run to town, I need a new black long sleeve shirt it’s my go too clothing fit winter, black shirt, jeans and colorful scarf and whatever boots I wanna wear , I do have a lotta cute ones !!

But it’s raining here, I really hate driving in the rain. So with any luck I’ll sleep tonight and go tomorrow.

How are you feeling ? Is your chest clearing up ??? Are you dealing with a miserable cough ? That’s the part that stick around for a coupe weeks, at least for me it does. I tried that homemade cough Med, it’s apple cider vinegar , honey and ginger root. It’s not the most pleasant taste but I was shocked it really does help.

I love scarfs, too. When I worked, I wore them almost every day.

I'm actually much better, thanks. I do cough now and then, but it's not as ominous sounding. Thanks for the tip on the homemade cough med. I'd need to get the fresh ginger root. I only have dried ginger. I have the other two ingredients.

I finally see my therapist this afternoon. I haven't seen her for so long, that I don't quite know what to talk about. I've seen my psychiatrist twice since. I already talked about some important stuff with him.

My feet and ankles hurt like a b****. I have been on my feet for the past 6 hours, walking around and cleaning up. I also have a headache.

I have about 80% of my apartment clean. I might just leave the remaining 20% and say, "sorry for the mess." (The residual mess isn't that bad though.) I also don't have anymore bins to toss things in, so there's that too.

On the upside, I did vacuum all the floors. Also cleaned the countertops and stove (which was a pain in the @ss even with a Mr Clean magic eraser). I even organized things rather than throwing them in bins!!

I asked for the maintenance people to come in tomorrow instead of today, but I called twice yesterday and no response. At least they're not here yet.

Whenever it snows, maintenance cleans the parking lots in order: building #1, building #2, building #3, etc etc... and I am the 5th if I think 8 buildings. So I wonder if maintenance is going in order by building for their checks? Since that's my guess and they never got back to me, I am expecting late tomorrow or early Thursday.

Sorry for the second post.

I just got a call back from my auto insurance company and the old lady who hit me is 100% at fault for the accident back in June!! (She hit me in the rear at a stop sign.) 88 years old is FAR too old to drive IMO. (No offense to anyone who's 88 and still driving.)

I'm sure she's pissed about it, but she is a really nasty old woman and deserves the 100% blame. Swearing at me, harassing me, calling me names... Glad she got what was coming to her!!
