Today I learnt that David Harbour of Stranger Things fame has a bipolar diagnosis. Apparently he's writing a book about it.

I didn't know he was writing a book, but I learned he had a major mental illness when he said so on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert. I must confess that I didn't know this actor, but I liked what he said about his mental illness. I looked him up and saw that he was referring to bipolar disorder. I sort of wish he had mentioned bipolar disorder specifically, but that's OK. He was representing all mental illnesses. On his Wikipedia page, it says he does not take medications. I wish him well.

He seems like a really cool guy, I loved him in Stranger Things. I didn't know he has bipolar disorder, I will definitely be reading the book when it comes out
