I slept from 8pm until 2am, after waking up nearly every hour). Needless to say, I am annoyed with my lack of sleep.

Oh well. I guess there isn't much I can do about it, other than try to sleep tonight with some klonopin.

I ended up staying up until six and then taking more Seroquel and sleeping until noon. I feel fine today. I hope that has reset my sleep.

I have a variety of psych meds I can take that will knock me out.. I hate doing it, but when my insomnia is awful I use it when I am at day 5 or longer with no sleep., I hate the med hangover the next day.

Tossed and turned till way pass the witching hour. Woke way too early and kept shouting my eyes and an hour would go by. Sir was on the far courner of the bed waiting for me. Got up for an hour, tried to go back to bed, shuffled off the the shower, that helped. Really should have gone to the Pharmaceutical stores but don't have it in me. Will go tomorrow

Yes he is, but then he's in his 70's so I imagine he has experience on his side. He knows he'll get fed. He has an everlasting dry food downstairs that he can munch on if he gets hungry. Mainly he eat wet food three times a day. About two tablespoons s at a time. Such a change from when I first brought him home. He'd snarf food then threw up and he wouldn't let me out of he's sight. It's been ten years now and he is continent and enjoying being spoiled. In return he lets me sleep. It was like he had PTSD when I brought him home. He was 5 or 6 then and very afraid. He's relaxed since then. Still plays with toys and loves playing tag with me.

I had intense dreams of being in someone's else's house and was married with two kids. They were making a mess and dragging the new furniture all over. I was being a pain in the backside and trying to place everything just so. There were ghosts too, not sure how they figured in except they'd change the furniture around and I'd blame the kids and husband. The chairs were butter yellow woven fabric with multicolored cushions in a thick cord fabric. And there was lots of nic naks. The price tags were still on most things and I was being a real kill joy.
