Hi Hallie,

Welcome Home!
Was the time at the hospital helpful? I hope so.
Hopefully, you will have a few days to adjust prior to resuming your schedule.

Welcome home. I hope you have some quiet time for the adjustment back home. It's always an adjustment for me after an episode and hospitals.

It’s An adjustment for me too but I’m
Going to do my best to keep a strict routine in my life. It does me good. It wasn’t just forgetting meds that got me in the mess. I went in an extended vacation for 11 days and was completely out of routine. And my former job was very very inconsistent with hours. I was always broke and stressing gk get hours. Plus I’m starting school
In two weeks. I’ve decided to drop anatomy and physiology this semester and start slow with two classes. Not gonna rush and mess myself up again.

My discharge paperwork read Schizoaffective bp type this time
Instead of bipolar

Welcome home. I think that your plan to start out with the 2 classes is wise.
