I can’t sleep I’ve been up for hours since 3 in the morning and it’s now 6:34. I took a shower and it helped me kinda feel a little better. I think I have anxiety. The things I’ve had on my mind I think are interfering with my moods. I took some of my medication waiting to see if it works or helps or whatever. Is anyone up I just can’t sleep ? What’s everyone doing ? I just want someone to talk to about literary anything I’m trying to get my mind away from what’s troubling me at this moment. Anyways

Hi. Did the medication help? Racing thoughts can be so stressful. I am trying to think of a random topic and I suck at it. My brain is the opposite to yours - empty. Isn't it weird how the pace of our thoughts can change so dramatically. There is so much about the mind that fascinates me.

What is your diagnosis and what medication did you take? Do you take medicine every day or only as needed?

Well I’m bipolar 1 and I have anxiety ptsd insomnia and fibromyalgia. I went to one psychiatrist and he said I was bipolar coming from the things my ex said about me bc he went with me. And then he just medicated me for it. Some of the things I took at first given to me did not help me at all! Made me worse. But over the years I went to two more different psychiatrists and I just kept the diagnosis with me. I believe I never really had someone really evaluate me right. I also was in a emotionally abusive relationship back then. And he triggers my moods to this day so. I try to keep in contact with him as little as possible. I took a tiny piece of seroquel. That stuff is very potent for me. It only takes a little bit. But I don’t like to take it sometimes because I am grouchy in the morning and it’s hard to wake up. I take medicine everyday. Lithium and gabapentin for nerve pain. It helps work with the lithium as well. And then lorezepam for anxiety. As needed I try not to take those as much. Only as needed.
