I’m seeing shadow people. It thankfully I don’t think they wanna hurt me so I’m not scared.

I got a b on both my sociology assignments and that makes me so excited! Also I just generally feel good. I even might join the gym like I’ve been considering

Good job on the sociology assignments!!

What is a shadow person? I sometimes see shadows that I think are beings or something when I am psychotic. I am not really sure what they are. Sometimes they scare me. I hope you are not too bothered by these.

Yeah. I get something similar to that. They come under my door and into my apartment from the hall.

Hey there, Hallie - Congrats on the assignments! : )
It's a wonderful idea to treat yourself like this!
Involvement in any exercise program is such a good diversion AND helps to get you fit! So many diversions are very sedentary.
Keep up the good work!!!

Thanks.

I feel pretty good about things but my psyd wants me to call my pdoc who I just saw last week because of the shadow
People. He said it’s a sign I’m not doing very well. -sigh-

Oh! I am sorry.

Do you see/sense shadow people very often?

Does medication always help you with every symptom?

Does medication help you with shadow people?

I hope you'll keep us posted!
