You're right Fuzzy. Someone else's perception of you does not define your truth and I wholeheartedly agree. You are a good bear. Keep your focus there. Giving this person's negativity energy and life is not worth your time.

Hi Fuzzy, It sounds like you might be looking for some feedback and some support around this. Yes, you can ask for support without disclosing all of the details.

At the same time, you may disclose details by using a trigger warning.
If you use the trigger warning and enclose any potentially triggering portion behind or within the trigger warning "enclosure" available here, you may post the info you feel might be triggering.

It's set up this way so each member takes control of his/her own exposure , as well as taking responsibility for his/her own reactions.

Yet, it's entirely your choice on how you handle this type of potentially triggering information.

I have always known you to be a very good-hearted, compassionate, friendly and conscientious bear. If anything, I tend to think you might spare someone else some discomfort and s uck it all up yourself?

While you are sparing others, you might be hurting our favorite bear...you!
