Just spent 15 days in the hospital. Went to my T appt and she EP’ed me because she knew I was struggling and I couldn’t stay awake sitting on her couch. They are getting me off of Xanax and Seroquel. Since I was falling asleep at work and driving. So glad to be out of the hospital.

I'm so glad you're finally home and checking in with us here, Crook32. I hope the reduction or elimination of the Xanax and Seroquel makes a quick and positive difference. We're here for you!
Thanks for this!

Doing better. Still have a little way to go. Going back to work on Monday. Still nervous to not have the Xanax. Also worried I have nothing to help sleep.

I'm glad you're feeling better. I'm also cutting down on benzos at the moment.

It is a tough thing to do. I was so anxious one day I thought I was going to jump out of my skin. I went into the hospital taking Xanax XR 3mg and 0.5mg twice a day. I am down to 0.25mg in the morning and 0.5mg at night. They are hoping the risperidone they put me on with replace Xanax and Seroquel.

My feet are killing me. 15 days of walking in slippers hurt then I got my shoes. At first that felt better but now they hurt. Plus I haven’t walked much. Mostly just ate. We lived meal to meal. It was the only way we knew what time it was.

I remember that feeling where the meal schedule and group therapy times defined the day. It is such a contrast to return home. I hope everything works out like you are hoping.

It really is a change from hospital to home. Luckily I was able to get the important meds at the pharmacy. I was worried if I couldn’t get them. What happened to the days the hospital would give a few days supply to hold you over?

First night home and only got 3 hours of broken sleep. My body is sore and my knee is killing my. I am not used to moving around so much or stairs. Took a 0.25mg Xanax around 4am trying to get a little sleep.

Tried to weed through emails and stuff to find out what I need to do Monday for teleworking. But it was so overwhelming I couldn’t do it. I hope work does make me back slide. I don’t think I will sleep tonight either. I think I am a little hypomanic which isn’t helping.
