I just read this in Apple News online. Please double check this.
This should put many minds at ease.
The payouts should begin mid April.
Apparently having a bank account w the IRS for tax direct deposits will be a lot faster for receiving payments than waiting for a check.

I want to point out that there are some salary restrictions. Making a certain amount of money either does not qualify you for a paycheck, or it means you only get a partial check. I also think you had to have filed your 2018 taxes in order to even be considered, but I'm not 100% sure on that. That's just what I've heard.
