Good for your therapist to say that and for you to hear it!

It is a wonderful thing to hear from a T. I am sure you put a lot of hard work into getting to this place. Be proud of yourself.

Matt is a wonderful T and I'm glad he is pointing out just how well you are doing. You know how happy I am to see you thriving Often times we are struggling, But I think there are times when a session should really be about the positive we have going on it our lives. Many of us have pulled ourselves out of the depths oh hell and we need reminded that altho we struggle we are warriors.. We get knocked down and get back on our feet , dusted ourselves off and get on with our life
