They tell me I do not fit the ''criteria'' to be given DBT..
Or to be given respect... Or to be given compassion (irl)  They take the dream away.. and it just aint fair Tired of the ''crippling'' anxiety (that was in my notes so it is Official (aka Important and ''true''...) and
Possible trigger:
and all the other symptoms... that are not ''me''...

I am lucky that my medication helps. I truly wish you were not allergic. Another tool I use is watching a lot of uplifting Youtube videos. You are in my prayers Fuzzy.

I would have died many years ago if it were not for the above...
And still ''they'' try to steal it away from me. (not about anyone on pc)
