I had a cool dream last night I just don't remember a lot of it. But it was something with ships. Ships that sailed the sky and a war, I think there had been a war and people were looting museums. There were lots of statues and gold covered objects and people trying to get into ships, old fashioned Spanish looking ships and Chinese looking ships only they sailed the sky not the sea. I do remember there was a sense of my being a giant and redistributing the loot among the ships to make it fair and that I shrunk and got onto my favorite ship which looked more like a fancy frame than a ship.

Hyper-awake here at 11 PM. Hyper-alert. Colors too vivd, sounds too intense and loud. Getting paranoid again. Getting a little psychotic once more. Everything looks phony and unreal, just like always. A fake world. Oh well. Maybe I won't have any more visual hallucinations this time. No way I can go to bed like this. That just makes the hallucinations way worse. Maybe watch a movie or something.

I’ve been awake since midnight. I’m tired I just don’t want to sleep. I’m drinking the new Mountain Dew that came out last week.

I hope you feel better soon Christina.
I, too, have a love-hate relationship with Prednisone. I hate the drug but I do love to breathe. |

Its been so long( decades actually) since I was on that, I can't remember anything except I couldn't sleep and I was accused of being on cocain.

I had a pulmonology appointment this week and I got sorta reamed out for not using my CPAP machine - but it just feels uncomfortable so the doctor asked me to meet with the sleep educator about mask options. I agreed even though the sleep educator is kind of intimidating - LOL.
So I've been trying to wear the mask for at least half the night and that's working out pretty well. My sleep quality is terrible whether i use the machine or not. |

0327 hours and not asleep, clearly. Wide awake. Crazy buzzing sounds all around me. Went for a quick walk a few minutes ago, as I was so amped up. Lovely out there. Not really the best time for a walk on the river, safety-wise, prolly. Oh well.
Might try to lay down again at 4 and see what happens. Hope everyone else is asleep. __________________ When I was a kid, my parents moved a lot, but I always found them--Rodney Dangerfield |

I hope I do. I'm starting to cough and my energy is so down. For the last several nights I've been staring at the ceiling. This morning I got up then decided I was too tired to sit and went back to bed at 9:30am. I used my eye mask to block the light but still didn't get decent rest. Tried to imagine a dream but only came up with the summer cabin I grew up going to. It was nice imagining I was back there but it was no dream and no sleep.

I dunno I just drank a huge bottle of Gatorade with a laxative mixed in and took two tablets of another kind at 6 tonight. The latuda needs 350 calories to work and I'm on a clear diet today. Gotta get up at 6 am to drink the other bottle as its a split dose. So I'm not at all sure how things are gonna go. But I'm tired.
Oh Christina I hope you get some relief from worry and physical stuff soon. Cyclist I'm glad you got a great nap in, any dreams? __________________ Nammu …Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.
