My package said it would be here by 9PM. So I waited up. It didn’t come and now it’s back to saying tomorrow. So I fell asleep pretty fast. And I woke up 15 minutes ago with this stomach ache/ pain. I was also slightly wobbly and my coordination seemed off. So I stumbled downstairs feeling like I was going to fall. So I could get an Atkins shake thinking I needed something like that. I chugged that and now I’m awake and still not feeling good but not wobbly or shakey

I fell asleep at 6 last night. After having 2 nights in a row of bad sleep. And I woke up and thought it was 5:30. But it was only 11:34. I am truly baffled on what to do. I cut out caffeine, my bed is super comfortable. It doesn’t work if I go to bed at 9PM. I just wake up at 2 instead of 11. I don’t know if it is just because I stopped the melatonin. I have no idea. I’ve been told there has got to be a reason someone’s sleep is out of control.

Sorry if this is tmi, but I spilled an entire bottle of lube all over my bed. It’s the silicone stuff and I don’t think that comes out of sheets. I’m gonna have to find a way to hide it. The bottle was like $15 too.

I woke up at 3 after a weird dream involving OP.

woke up around 12pm and then not again until 5am. hey that's five hours and two more full hours from 10-12, so I guess that counts as seven hours sleep right? lucky me gets three more after that. so, hopefully I can make it and stay awake to watch the live events to celebrate a new year tonight. wow, goodbye 2020, I had high hopes for you. maybe 2021 will be better.

I’m not sure I’ll stay up tonight. I am trying so hard to get into a good sleep pattern. I’ve been getting a good 10 hours a night for a week and 2 days. If I stay up until midnight then I’ll sleep until 7 as usual but then I’ll be so tired and go to bed at 5PM tomorrow and that could just completely throw everything off that I worked hard at fixing.

I agree. I'm not staying up for the same reason.

Ugh, tonight is a hard bed and flip flops. Finally at 4am I gave up trying. I’m up. Watching news that is trying really hard to not take itself seriously. They have funny hats and glasses saying 2021. Talking about hang over cures. Blah blah blah. They sound like the adults on peanuts. My eyes want to sleep the rest of me, not so much

Worst sleep in a long time. It's probably time to change up my sleep meds for a while. Of course, the booming sounds of illegal fireworks hasn't helped.

I fell asleep around 9PM. I was listening to music on my Echo and then I had it play the sleep station so I was listening to relaxing sounds all night. A loud fire cracker woke me up but I fell back asleep right away. I woke up at 4:58 but then I took my Geodon and this time I was able to fall back asleep until 8:15.

It's terrific that the Geodon is working so well for you. Yay! I tried it for 3 months, finally gave up. It caused such insomnia for me.

I got about 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I fell asleep at 10. I was watching the season premiere of my favorite TV show and I didn’t take my night meds until 9:15 so I could avoid being hungry. I did have one nightmare. I had my echo on a white noise type sound and I have had white noise cause nightmares before. But I slept good.

I’ve been sleeping close to 7 hours without meditation or meds. I tried a weighted blanket last night that my daughter gave me for Christmas and slept the same. A little sore since it’s so heavy! I was hoping maybe I’d get more sleep. But I’m happy that I’ve been sleeping this long. But I’ve been going to bed after 1am. I have to go back to work in two days so I’m going to try to go to bed earlier I just hope the length of sleep stays the same.

I went to bed at 6:30 feeling depressed but not S. I woke up from a nightmare around 8. Fell back asleep until 11 with my Alexa playing Blink 182 too loud. And now I am dealing with this massive heartburn. No idea what’s it’s from. I had to take 2 Pepcids and I’m trying just to relax although it’s hard tonight. I’m sure many are not sleeping well and are unsure.

I so want a weighted blanket, but aren't they stuffed with glass beads? I'm afraid my cats will tear the blanket with their claws and eat a bead.

I don’t allow my cats in my room But yeah they are usually made out of glass beads. But they are amazing. You need one that’s 10% your body weight or something like that. If it’s too light then it doesn’t work as well. I use a 20 pound one which is technically too heavy but I love that it’s so heavy. I have a Gravity weighted sleep mask as well.

I also have compression shirts that feel like a hug and a pressure belt for anxiety during the day. I respond amazingly well to sensory objects.
