I was freaking out last night as usual. I went to bed around 7 and I fell asleep right away. I had a dream of water and not being able to get my thirst under control. I woke up and felt really thirsty. So I chugged 32oz of water. Then I woke up again at 12 and chugged another 32oz. I had some type of nightmare. Then I had this dream where I was in Spain trying to find a therapist. Then suddenly I was in London. I woke up at 4 thinking I’d rather move to London then the town I’m moving to. No idea why. I’d be so out of place across the country and most likely scared out of my mind.

I've been sleeping and it seems that's mostly what I do. Here it is, tomorrow's February...I'm going to start cutting down on the for-sleep Seroquel.

Last night was rough for about 15 minutes. I just waited for the feelings to pass. The whole “a thought is just a thought” type thing. I do this type of breathing where I breathe in, hold it for 3 seconds, and then breathe out for 3 seconds. It really helps clear my mind and it also helps me fall asleep pretty fast.

Last night it took me until almost 10 to fall asleep. My room was so cold. It seems the whole house has gotten much colder since we got the new carpets in. My mom says it’s just in my head. Then I woke up at 12:30 for a couple minutes. I took my Geodon at 3:15. Then I got up around 6. I feel rested though.

I wasn’t feeling good last night. My moods were ok though. I took a couple Tylenol, a couple Pepcid, and also a couple Xanax in case it really was just anxiety. Then I was able to fall asleep from 9-5:15. I took my Geodon and fell back asleep for another hour. I feel pretty rested. I slept under my sheets and my king size blanket and then I just used my 8 pound weighted blanket instead of 12- 37 pounds. It was just enough weight for how I was feeling last night. I need various weights every night depending on what’s going on.

Exhausted this morning. It's going to be a very long day. Some wrong number called and woke me up at 2am. Who on earth calls people at 2am?

I fell asleep fast last night. I woke up half awake at 10:58 to finish eating dinner. I consider this kind of sleep eating. Not totally though because I remember eating and Jimmy Fallon was on. But I don’t remember what he was saying. And I don’t remember walking down the stairs or going back to bed.

My left side pain was bad last night. It felt like I was sitting on a pencil or something. I couldn’t get comfortable even with Tylenol. By 10 I hadn’t fallen asleep so I decided to take my Geodon I’d usually take around 1-3AM at 10PM. I had taken 100 around 5. I was a bit worried about taking 180 milligrams in 5 hours. But I just wanted to sleep. I think the better choice would have been one melatonin. Now I’m off with my Geodon since I didn’t take any this morning. So I have to wait until 4PM to take it again. But yeah last night was strictly just so I could sleep because of pain.

It's a good thing you have dogs, Christina. If I had to live in snow I think I'd stay rolled up in a cocoon of blankets.
My sleep has been the same for ages. I take 12.5mg Seroquel and either 10mg melatonin or ZzzQuil to help me fall asleep. It still takes me about an hour to fall asleep, which is annoying. I sleep for about 5 hours, wake up, stay up for about an hour, go back to bed, sleep for 2 hours. Wake up, eat breakfast, do a few chores and check my email and sometimes the forum, go back and sleep for another hour or 2, then wake up for the day. So it's 8 to 9 hours, broken. Pffft, no wonder I'm sleepy all day. __________________ |

Last night was terrible. I lay there waiting for sleep to come, instead the clock shows the minutes turning into hours. About 7am I got up to go the bathroom then went back to bed and blessedly slept for two hours. So that was it for the night! Hmpmpf oh well today is a snow day and I don’t even have to get dressed.

It took awhile for me to fall asleep. I finally took a 10mil melatonin at 10. I fell asleep almost right away and I woke up at 5:20 and took my Geodon. Then I fell back asleep until 7. I ended up going back to bed soon after I got up and I woke up at 9 something. The melatonin made me unusually drowsy today.
But at least I’m in control of my Geodon now and am taking it at the normal 10-12 hours apart. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

Ppfff my sleep has been bad for three nights now. I can’t sleep once I’m up and in truth am not feeling sleepy. But I do have a short temper and my back hurts constantly from the lack of sleep. I’ve got to monitor myself and make sure it doesn’t spiral. If it keeps up I’ll have to call the doc.

Strangely, 10mg melatonin + 12.5 Seroquel has been working pretty well for me lately. Still takes a long time to fall asleep, but I stay asleep fairly well. Sometimes melatonin causes me to feel weird (hard to describe...just flat or something like that). Other times it's helpful.
