My melatonin sucks and unisom and Benadryl causes increased hunger.

I remember all those struggles

I slept good again. I was able to get under my weighted blankets again and I took 36 milligrams of melatonin. 36 is about what I’ve been taking now. Not sure if that’s healthy or not. But it works.

dude, I hope you find something that helps. I’ve pretty much given up on the idea I will sleep every night. I figure that as long as I don’t go more than 2-3 nights I’ll be ok. Usually it works out.

Welcome Dude !!!

I hope you find something that helps..

The sleep gods ignore me the vast majority or time... I only get worried if I hit day 5 or 6 of no sleep..

I fell asleep with my headphones on. I slept through a bunch of random songs I’m surprised I didn’t wake up to. I finally woke up to a song by The Postal service. I turned off my music and fell back asleep until either 2:45 or 3:45. I took my meds and fell back asleep at 4 or so until about 8.

I slept pretty good last night. I fell asleep around 7:30 and then I woke up at 3 to take my Geodon but then I fell asleep shortly after. I woke up at my usual quarter to 8 time. Last night I only needed one 12 milligram melatonin.

My sleep has been so screwy lately. I feel like I turned my schedule upside down. I’ve usually been asleep for 2 hours by now. But I ate dinner about 5 hours later than normal. I took my melatonin and I’m kinda spacing out but I want dessert.

It took me hours to fall asleep last night. ZzzQuil will work for 3 nights, then it stops working and I have to give it a break. Sometimes I take melatonin instead, but honestly melatonin makes me feel odd. I don't like it.

I actually think the late night dinner the other night was helpful. Last night I fell asleep later then usual and I woke up later then usual but I slept through the night again since I didn’t fall asleep so early.

I’ve been up for about 2 hours. I woke up shortly after falling asleep. Like 1.5 hours. I took my morning Geodon and then I found some Benadryl so I took 2 of those. So I’m hoping to fall asleep soon.

By next week I want to be off the 12.5mg (or less) of Seroquel I take every night. I don't think it's doing anything to help my sleep anymore and I hate Seroquel with a passion.

I woke up wide awake before the nightly news was even on. I took a couple melatonin but I doubt they will do anything. I’m just going to probably have to wait until 3:30 again.

Sleep (and the need for it) is dwindling. 4 hours last night with the help of a klonopin, two hours the night before. Ahh, this seems familiar, like the beginning of my last manic episode...
