Had one of those nights when you wake up a bunch of times throughout the night. I did take Ambien at about 10pm, but I don't think I fell asleep until midnight afterwards. Woke up at 3am, then again at 4am so I just got up.
Pretty much entirely reliant on Ambien now for awhile. Been 7 weeks now off nicotine patches and the insomnia is still killer. I heard it can take several months for the brain to go back to normal. I wish it'd hurry up. Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk |

I fell asleep around 7 I think. I woke up in the middle of the night to take my meds. I turned on my music for a bit. I also had some iced coffee and I resubscribed to a subscription box I had cancelled. Then I fell back asleep until 6:30.

I went to bed at 7:30 after taking 36 milligrams of melatonin and I woke up 3 hours later thinking it was at least 3:30. What is up with this particular brand of melatonin and me waking up at 11:30.

I am so sick of not being able to sleep!!!!!
It's 1:30am here. I slept from about 8:00pm to 1:00am, or five hours. Then the whole next day is a write-off because i am so tired. I have an IKEA bedframe i HAVE to set up because having my bed on the floor is a bedbug hazard. I had a small infestation twelve years ago and i live in fear of it happening again. I just dread setting up IKEA furniture tho. The last time i tried i had to get a friend to finish it off after four hours of not getting any where. I fear failure again. I'm still sore from my epic day on Friday. Why did i overdo it so badly? I'm also still smarting from my romantic failure. Why is my life such bull$hi/??? Why do i never have any fun??? Jane. |

I’m wondering if my sleep is one of my main issues. Last night I took my morning Geodon at midnight. It was another night where I was up for 3 hours and I was desperate so I took the Geodon then. I took it now and I ate some soup so I feel a bit better. Not a lot but I am somewhat calmer and not as frantic as I was before. I’m also under my 8 pound weighted blanket. Which may not be the best idea because of my chest. But it does help with my anxiety. I’m hoping to be able to skip the melatonin tonight. At least the brand I have.

4 hours of broken sleep despite being super tired last night. Watched half of The Return of the King and I'm guessing I'm finishing that tonight.

My doctor cold turkey quit my sleeping meds so I’m not sleeping at all. But I do lay down and stay in bed for 8 hours. Otherwise my back will hurt too bad. Around 2 in the morning I’m pounding on the bed calling my doctor names. But I settle down and lay quietly again until morning. My eyes are gritty and my back is hurting and I’m irritable but otherwise ok.

Last night I had all 3 of my oral sensory things with me so I slept pretty good. I also had my 8 pound weighted blanket and I took 24 milligrams of melatonin instead of 36. I feel like less melatonin works better. I woke up for a bit around 1:45 to get some crackers and take my Geodon but then I fell back asleep shortly after until 6:30.

I didn’t take any melatonin last night. I felt tired on my own for the first time in a long time. I woke up at midnight though. I had a caffeine free Coke and I’ll take my morning Geodon in a bit.

I woke up at 8:30. I saw it was light outside and I hoped it was dawn. But no, the sun was just going down. Now I’ve been up for 2 hours. I fell asleep on my stomach and on my right arm so when I woke up my arm was asleep all the way up to my shoulder. I couldn’t move it for several seconds and then when I could it fell limp on my pillow.I still feels weird but Now mt chest hurts. I may go make some vegetables.

It's almost 4 am here. I have been dealing with insomnia for a while now. I think it's causing me to go hypomanic. My sleep is all mixed up. For some reason I just like being up at night. Being bipolar means it's really not healthy for me. I like watching the sun come up. I'm still in bed when the sun goes down. I sleep from 8:30am to 9pm. Vampire hours in my opinion. If I have shopping to do I do it around 7am. Don't know how I do it every day. Somehow I manage. It sure gets lonely though. Being a nighter isn't always great. My husband sleeps all night. I sit up front with music on and my forum page open. Back to my music now.

I fell asleep around 2. So up from 8:30-2 but I was in a good mood. I woke up at 5:54. I’m super anxious right now and not hungry even though I barely ate yesterday. I don’t even want an iced coffee or tea or a soda like I usually do in the mornings. I just want more sleep and anxiety meds.

I actually slept pretty well last night. I think I fell asleep around 11pm and got up at 4am. I'm told I was screaming in my sleep again.

I’m lightly sleeping for about 5-6 hours. I’m aware I’m in bed, I wake frequently and am tired all day. But I never could nap no matter how tired I am.

I’m in bed but I’m trying to stay up for a couple more hours. It’s still kind of early and I don’t want another night like last night.

I fell asleep right before midnight and I woke up right around 5. I feel ok despite the muscle aches.

3:30am over here, no sleep whatsoever for the second night in a row. I'm going to try taking the vraylar at night and see if that helps.

I guess 5:30-2:30 is enough sleep. I don’t feel like going back to sleep but I don’t feel like getting up either. If I were working I’d get up now and take a shower and watch Full House or whatever is on these days.
