3:30AM here and haven't slept a wink yet. I don't think it's happening tonight. I could take a temazepam but either that'll do nothing or make me sleep later than I would like. Usually if I take it at a reasonable hour (like 11pm) I'll either sleep 12 hours or still stay up all night. I'm going to ask pnurse to switch to something else because temazepam is a pain in the arse to get from a pharmacy and klonopin helps just as much and is slightly less a pain.

I’ve been up since midnight. I had a hot flash yesterday around 6 which made me really dizzy and I felt like I was going to pass out. So I went to bed and fell asleep immediately. I still can’t get back to sleep. I’ll probably get 45 minutes of sleep in a bit and that will be enough to get me through the day.

I’ve been up half the night for the past 3 weeks. It’s starting to get to me I think. Not in a terrible way. Just in a physical sort of way.

Almost 6:30am and I have not slept again. Just put some music and a cool light I have on and was vibing all night. I came up with some ideas I might try and sell to NASA. Second all-nighter in the past week.

2 nights in a row that I slept good. Last night was a struggle with SH thoughts. But I worked through them and then slept through the night. I wonder if the Geodon is kicking in.

I think my insomnia is finally breaking! I pray it doesn’t come back for a really long time or never ever again but with BP you never know!! I’ve been going to sleep around 10-10:30 and waking around 5 or after. I haven’t needed to listen to any meditation either!! Thank God I chose NOT to take sleep pills. They only ever helped me fall asleep but never kept me asleep. I think I just needed time to help my brain adjust. Fingers crossed my sleep remains!!!

I slept good for the 3rd night in a row. I woke up at 4:26 and I took my Geodon and I was able to fall back asleep until 6:30. I swear my PMDD makes it hard for me to sleep for like 10 days straight. Then after I sleep fine.

Ugh. Insomnia all the way. I think I'm taking Seroquel not because it helps me sleep, but because it helps me not to lose weight .

Ooo no sleep last night. I went back to bed around 7 am but still no sleep. So I’m all draggy and out of sorts today. Ugh, we get two papers today but I don’t want to get dressed to go to the mail box.

4AM here I am again, no sleep and really no need for it. Night before I slept like five hours and had a dream I got busted by the cops selling drugs, but I actually got charged and locked up for having a fever.

I’ve had partial insomnia for days. It’s really taking a toll on my mental and physical health. I’m getting my moms old queen size bed and we are setting it up today. So I’m hoping a bigger bed will help.
My sleep number bed just sent me a message that said I need more rest. It must be pretty bad if robots are telling you you need to sleep more. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

My sleep has been getting off schedule for a while now. I've been going to bed later and later and getting up later and later. Most nights i got five or six hours of sleep at least tho. But last night: BOOM no sleep. I napped for two hours around noon. I feel really sleep-deprived and unhealthy. I can't enjoy any of my regular activities. I'm a wreck.

The new bed did help. I slept right in the middle of it and I fell asleep pretty quickly at 7. Then I woke up at 1:39. I had been waking up at 11:30 for a number of nights in a row and staying up for a few hours. It took me about 40 minutes to fall back asleep. I had to grab my oral sensory thing from my dresser but after I used that I fell asleep basically instantly. Then I woke up at 6:30 feeling pretty rested.
