Q (from last page): Have you ever climbed a mountain?
Just a small one but one of my favorite memories.

Do you prefer the beach or the mountains if you ware taking a trip?

Adore both.

Have you ever run a wild river?

No, but I've done some pretty cool canoeing. I would likely be willing to raft a wild river, if with some experienced rafters.

Q: If you could choose to return to one day in the past, which day would it be? And why?

Just a day when I could play with both my children at the same time. I have not seen my son in almost ten years.

Do you rely on any kind of faith to help you out?

Yes I do...

Do you have any regrets? If so, name one regret and what would you change (that you could have had any influence over)

Do you do any crafts?

Ooops, yours came through while I was writing. I'll save the question for another time.

Not really crafts, but we sketch and paint.

Trustworthiness.

Canadian bacon and mushrooms.

Have you ever stayed awake longer than 2 days?

nowadays, I have peperoni (usually double peperoni)

when I used to order from dominos though I really liked meat feast. I guess I still do, I just don't get to have it as much as I'd like.

I do. I would tell my aunt something I didn't get the chance to when I still had the opportunity.

What is your favorite movie and why?

I really like the silly movie Hot Rod with Andy Samberg. It always reduces me to chortles whether I'm in depression or whatever mode. It's hard to hold it back. Yes, I'm a 12-year-old hiding in a 43-year-old's body.

Q. Have you ever seen the Ocean? If so, on what continents and which coasts? Which were your favorites?

Atlantic, United Kingdom, island of Jersey coast.

Q. What was your first car?

I never owned one.

favorite part of your day/ daily rooteen?

I generally enjoy the early afternoon the best, like between 12 noon and 4 pm. That's usually when my mood heads upwards (almost mildly hypomanic-like). I guess when my Seroquel XR's effects are at their lowest. Before the pandemic, that's usually when I would go out of the house and socialize. Or, that's when I would bake or work on some other pleasurable project.

Q: What was the last pleasant smell you noticed? Recently, the fragrance of honeysuckle has been constant through my bedroom window and on my deck.

I have limited travels, but I really enjoyed time in Rochester, NY.

Purple kind.

Either sunflowers or lilacs

Neither and both. I tend to be phasic.

Have you laughed today? Name one thing that makes you smile or laugh

I have laughed today! I handed in a work project and got kudos! Hasn't happened in SO long. It felt great! My kids make me smile a lot.

Do you like to have air conditioning on? Due to heat or allergies?

I have it on right now. It's mostly the heat that I hate. I am not meant to be living in hot climates. Though my state gets cold winters, the summers can get ultra hot and humid. If I am out too much exercising in high heat and humidity, I feel faint and/or get heat rash easily. I'm happiest in temps between 58 F and 78 F (14 C and 26 C). I also have issues with sinusitis, but being in air conditioning doesn't do that much extra good. I'm used to the sinusitis, unless it becomes very severe.
