Things are going well in my life for a change, or at least I'm becoming more appreciative.

Life feels so right, I keep feeling like something is about to go really wrong. I'm dissecting things that happen in order to find proof that my suspicion is right.

Is this a symptom of bipolar disorder? Or is it due to deeply ingrained beliefs from childhood?

I really need to talk to my therapist.

A sense of impending doom or whatever can be due to all kinds of stuff. Do you get this often?

Mind me asking what your med situation is? Do you ever get psychotic, paranoid and stuff? It is a huge part of my bp 1. The biggest part at the moment.

My meds usually keep the paranoia under control. I'm on Latuda among other things. I do have an intense fear of getting fired.

Have you had bad experiences in the past? I think that can make us worry good things will be taken away. A discussion with your therapist sounds like a good idea. I am glad things are going well, though.

I find CBT to be quite helpful for these situations. Do you use it?

Maybe it's intuition. Was this a feeling about you or the world? I ask because the other day I had a deep feeling that what I'm working won't matter because something bad is about to happen.
