I got an email today from my boss where she said she wanted to be clear that there is no issue. But then later asked if we should have weekly meetings. This brings back a flood of bad memories and anxiety from my last job. I was just getting out of a depression and now I am swinging back. I know she said no issues but it doesn’t feel that way. Last week I got in trouble for not cc management on emails but yet again that is a carryover from my old job. I just can’t get myself to trust what they say. My T says it is ptsd that then spirals me into a depression. I would like to believe what people say but my defense mechanism kicks in. She said I have not been properly trained because of the whole teleworking thing.
