Recently I have been feeling very pissed and sad. I have been experiencing physical and mental pain, looped distressing thoughts and a feeling of my words not being of value.

I send respect and kind thoughts to all.

Hey there, Fuzzy!

I am sorry you are feeling down.

Many here love you, value you, respect you and your input here.
You consistently demonstrate the many qualities of Love.

Just one popular definition of Love:

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth." ( I Corinthians 13:1 NIV Bible)

We are quite close. We are quite candid and honest with one another.
I know for a fact, where your relationships with others are concerned: You live Love.

You aren't lacking Love from your friends here. You are greatly valued. You teach us all how to better Live Love.

Your sadness, your distress, your feelings of lack of value or unworthiness, your self-doubt , your anger all originates within. You have a deep well of sadness, of anger and of these other feelings that sometimes haunt you. I do, too. We all do. We tend to ignore or work around these deep seated feelings. Sometimes, we cannot do so. Sometimes a current event/experience reminds us, on some level, of past painful experiences. Current experiences may touch the deep well and a myriad of , often confusing, emotions surface.

Our challenges include identifying our feelings and coming to an understanding as to where these feelings originate. We can choose to work with our feelings, welcome them, honor them, get to know them, make friends with them, allow them to show us what we need to know in order to continue to heal or lives, to enjoy the freedom of not being held prisoner to our past experiences.

These more difficult, sometimes dark times, whether they last hours, a day, days, weeks, months, years can feel overwhelming, sometimes grueling. For me, when I find myself in the darkness of pain and confusion, I find solace in the fact that I can choose to work my way through it, while fully trusting I will find Joy in the morning.

I hope you will learn to deeply Love and accept yourself in every way.
If you could see yourself the way I see you, you'd be overjoyed!

You are a true and a very dear friend to me.
I Love you and am grateful to have you in my life.

ETA: I have found journaling to be very helpful in identifying/processing feelings, exploring their origins and more. Certain types of therapy may also be helpful. We can talk more about any of this anytime you'd like. Love ya!

I'm sending you loving and healing thoughts, Fuzzy. Pain of any kind and looped, distressing thoughts are (in my experience) miserable. I've been ceaselessly ruminating lately and it drags me down.

I can't tell you how much I value your words. I wish I could take away your pain and hurt. I'm grateful to be among the ones lucky enough to read your words.

Unfortunately I just saw them a minute ago. I'm still getting a rhythm of what to check and when. I'm glad that you reached out earlier and I hope that some of your friends words helped.

I doubt mine will make much difference but know that they are sincere. I send you positive energy. I wish I could share some of my baseline space with all of the kind people I've met on here. I wish it was something I could share. I know how bad the struggle is.

Much love to all

What is Soft is Strong

Water is fluid, soft and
yielding. But water will
wear away rock which is
rigid and cannot yield. As a
rule, whatever is fluid, soft,
and yielding will overcome
whatever is rigid and hard.
What is soft is strong.
