My doctor said “can I take a look at you undressed?” And I took off all my clothes but later I think he meant only my top clothes. Lol.

He was professional and didn’t say anything. I mean, he didn’t say not to get completely undressed. I still had my underwear on at least.

I am still incredibly embarrassed about it 3 days later. I hope he’s forgotten although why do I think he hasn’t. I need to remind myself doctors have seen everything.
