Doggies!
Did you consider covid a hair disaster, or did it not really affect you? __________________ ********* Mr. Robot Makes me sick to the heart, Oh I feel so tired. And the way the rain comes down hard, that's how I feel inside. --The Cure

I'm sorry IZ about my hair question. I wasn't trying to be flip. I was thinking that this just has impact on all areas of life and that my sister cut her own hair today. Quarantine hair has become a family joke and I just put those things together.
I know the virus has far great impacts on everything and I do take it seriously. Several people from my church have had it. I'm at over 5 months of self-isolation because my mom and I are both high risk. I'm not going into more details about it in my life but just please know I didn't mean of offend. Again, I apologize to anyone I offended. __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, GAD, OCD. Offense?? Whaaa? No worries, beyondtherainbow! No offense whatsoever. I've considered it a disaster. My hair was getting to be such a scene until I got it cut just this week. And not even to a style I want. Just a fix-up-the -weird-grow out utilitarian thing. My hair used to be distinctive, now, bleh. This makes me kind of sad.
Anyhow, it was a sincere question. We've all taken so many dings -- large and small -- and that has been one for some folks, myself included. (We've been calling it "covid hair". ) __________________ ********* Mr. Robot Makes me sick to the heart, Oh I feel so tired. Ok, thanks IZ. I'm so glad I misunderstood!
My hair is.....interesting. It's long and very curly and has now gotten past my bra strap. It had layers but those are probably gone now. I no longer can do anything with it except a braid or a messy bun. I imagine it will be really bad before I feel safe enough to let someone get close enough to cut it. So pretty much a disaster but at least it is long enough I can pull it back. Do you have nights you can't sleep and can't figure out why? __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, GAD, OCD. I don't like my birthdays simply put: it gives me a chance to reflect on the negative I'm 1 year older (so 1 year closer to the end) I've done nothing over the past year, so am completely wasting my life I have no friends to wish me a happy birthday and it just seems a bit pointless... it's just another day honestly sorry to those who like celebrating, but it's just not for me actually never has been: even when I was a child, I'm not sure I ever enjoyed them think their was one birthday when I was a toddler.. we went to mcdonalds. anything with mcdonalds is fun anyway long enough response are you bothered by noise?. if so, which noise/ noises bother you most |

It all depends. If I'm manic, I can't stand noise. Sudden noises cause me great alarm. Even being aware of some others that are coming and having time to brace for them aren't enough. Worst ones: Garbage disposals.
