Do you find eating nuts (mixed nuts etc which I'm eating now) improves your mood sometimes? Any other feel good foods you enjoy? __________________ |

Grey, cold and dismal.
What does not being depressed feel like for you? I'm asking this in all seriousness, I don't remember what not being depressed feels like - it's been that long. I'd like to know what not being depressed feels like from a person with bipolar disorder. |

This is hard to answer. I guess that things are easier, life is brighter and I can do more than I used to do when depression was in control. I don't know if this is what you were looking for though; it's abstract and I'm sorry for that.

Recently it has been a place called Shu House, which is an authentic Chinese restaurant that specializes in Szechuan cuisine. Love it! What was one of the more memorable meals you have had in your life? |

Now that you've put it into words, that's what not being depressed is like for me too, but I couldn't remember. And the reminder gives me hope. |
