Nothing. No cubs (as for my inner cub though.. )

Do you find eating nuts (mixed nuts etc which I'm eating now) improves your mood sometimes? Any other feel good foods you enjoy?

You know, I think it does just a tad. I feel better after eating chili too, I think it's mostly the beans.

What biome do you live in (desert, taiga, rainforest, etc)?

Grey, cold and dismal.

What does not being depressed feel like for you?

I'm asking this in all seriousness, I don't remember what not being depressed feels like - it's been that long. I'd like to know what not being depressed feels like from a person with bipolar disorder.

This is hard to answer. I guess that things are easier, life is brighter and I can do more than I used to do when depression was in control. I don't know if this is what you were looking for though; it's abstract and I'm sorry for that.

What is your favorite restaurant (type of food is fine)?

Recently it has been a place called Shu House, which is an authentic Chinese restaurant that specializes in Szechuan cuisine. Love it!

What was one of the more memorable meals you have had in your life?

No this was helpful, and exactly what I was looking for - thank you so much

Now that you've put it into words, that's what not being depressed is like for me too, but I couldn't remember. And the reminder gives me hope.

A chickpea, sweep potato and spinach curry that I had at The Big Carrot in Toronto, more than 20 years ago. I still think about it sometimes.

What's a movie, good or bad that you watched many years ago, that you still think about once in awhile?

"The Hangover" . I love comedy.

Have you ever laughed so hard that you either wet yourself or developed hiccups?

Couldn't bother me less after 5 years of clozaril. Blood draws every 1 week for 6 months, every 2 weeks for 6 months and monthly from then on. I could draw the blood myself at this point.

Do you have a pet that sleeps with you?

I think it's called the crawl? I had to look it up and yes, it is.

Have you ever done a support group/class related to mental health issues?

Yes, many of them, both therapy groups and support groups (peer support). I also facilitated a NAMI support group for a couple of years before covid.

Have you ever eaten edible flowers?

Yes. You reminded me that my sister and nieces made violet and dandelion jam last year and I never tasted it. Those I've never had.

Are you good at doing therapy homework?
