Well this week I won’t struggle to find something to talk about in therapy. I have had 2 managers in the last couple weeks accuse me of not coming to meetings. I said I have been out sick a lot. The one today scolded me for not letting her know. So after our phone call I found the emails I sent showing I did inform her. She apologized but the damage was done it really flared up my PTSD and that dialed up the depression. I was hoping for no micromanaging at this new job. Now I have to talk to T to figure out how I can still work there.
Hugs from:
*Beth*, ~Christina
Thanks for this!

Click the little red triangle at the bottom under your name and ask an admin to move your post.
