So. K. Read all the helpful suggestions from you fine humans. I am going to do this. Feeling better, Sarcosine, I think. Anyway. Gonna be brave and put a note to myself on the wall. Starting with one thing. Dishes. Hoping the prompt will lovingly encourage me to initiate action. Daily. We will see. I will truthfully report. Hopeful. I want to do better. I think it might make me feel better about myself.

So, little accountability update. Really trying to stay on top of it. Pretty good. Proud, a little.
Next thing to add is floors. Albert is so messy. Need to vacuum every day and do not. Starting that today!! Yay!! Baby steps. Thank you all for helping me.

 I reject a few elsewhere  who are sssssssssssssoooooo sensitive to the Opinions of others that they repeatedly JUDGE innocent others and are out of touch with their true selves (NOT anyone here) (like my parental units, been there, done that got the TEE SHIRT and THROWN IT AWAY I'm free
