Hi Rebecca, I have bipolar 1 and adhd. A great combo, eh? It seems like your brain is constantly attacking your ability to focus on anything. While lithium and lamictal calm my bp brain down considerably, I have times that are definitely adhd. If I need to be productive at that moment, I take one Adderall 5mg. It helps and is not enough to trigger mania.

How do you cope?
