Hi my Family,
I've been very good lately. Thank you. Learning late is better than not learning at all. I attribute my well being to self acceptance. And meds. I've spent 70 years fighting myself for every insignificant situation. Every step of the way. What I've learn: a) I'm not perfect, so I shall not seek perfection. b) Not every situation is a problem. c) There are things I 'won't be able to solve or do. d) The world will keep turning with or without me. e) I will be loved and hated. Envied and critiquisaced. f) Cheered and recognized. It's all up to me. f) My friends chose me. I don't chose them. g) I attract most of your situations with my actions. h) Laugh and the world will laugh with you. Cry and you will cry alone.. i) Life is not black and white. It's mostly several shades of gray. f) Everything is hard. Until is learned. Enough preaching for now. Be well, be healthy and be happy. Cheers.
