Also... Do not respond to emails that appear to be from Microsoft. There are many ways to generate emails that appear to be official that aren't. Same for email from pay pal. I've gotten several fake emails from them lately as well.

Be safe guys, and if you're unsure, ask.

Thank you, fern. So weird. I would have said that I was not one to fall into a scam. My husband said the "Microsoft" scammers have been calling him a lot lately, too.

Fortunately, I would never give any personal info to any person I wasn't 100% positive about.

I will have to check on my checking account, etc., etc., etc. Change passwords. All of it.

The worst part, honestly, is how paranoid I feel. I keep thinking that guy is going to be outside, looking into my window. I hope the paranoia passes and doesn't start off a whole domino effect.

I just changed the password to my email. I lost my phone last year at a big event. Turns out I left it in the bathroom and someone turned it in, but I didn't think to ask security about it until intermission and I sat there trying to call my bank, etc on my friend's phone.!

I wonder what unhealthy snack I'm going to eat, maybe half a packet of shortbread or chocolate.

I had to avoid a lot of things I would otherwise love due to ridiculous allergies..

Even before ********

I vote for shortbread. Now I want some Walker's. Or maybe some smashed flies in a gharibaldi.

Bpc, it's good to have you back!

Christina, I'm so sorry about the mini stroke. I hope you are taking good care of yourself.

Soupe, I'm so happy for you getting buyers already. How exciting!

Bethrags, I've had something similar happen to me. For me I didn't have to change my passwords etc. I'm sorry that you feel so paranoid now. I hope it passes soon.

I had an hour panic attack the other night. So I started the second dose of trileptal. I haven't had a panic attack since then. But now I know my body is going to adjust and I'll get them again.

I think its something medical. My best guess is either withdrawal from the benzo I was on or my iron is low again. I'm having a personal problem so its gonna take me awhile to get the blood work done. Other than that I have no idea what is wrong. My gp has no idea either. Moose from here told me it could be my sleep apnea, but I get them in the day too. The article she shared with me was about having them while you're sleeping, I've never had that happen. So I don't think It's that. They wear me down so much. Its just exhausting. And so scary. If they only lasted like an hour I could deal with them but they last for hours. It's pure misery.

My son is doing well. He still deals with paranoia but hes doing better. He was trying to get out of the injection but he finally got it after telling him he couldn't live here if he didn't get it.

Other than that I'm doing better. So that's good. Hope everyone has had a good day! Hugs to those struggling!

Where to possibly begin. Argh.

First, the PPB detective living with my ex is now following me again. Had two lousy surv. Cars on my run this a.m. My daughter already has a dad--the man who I worry assaulted possibly my ex. Shattered over it. It is a Naomi Judd thriller.

I will meet with the Chief and my lawyer if I see anyone on my run manana. He wants war, fine. He has never seen me play offense. All legal, of course it is. But efficacious. Onward.

The second issue is that I appear to be falling in love with a woman I hardly know. Hard. Do not need this. Not now. I am a mess.

I'm so glad your son is doing better.

Panic attacks are such a mystery. I believe that they are thought to be physical, so it's not your thoughts that bring them on, although I think it's CBT that is used to help with coping with them. I've had only one in my life and it was frightening.

Awake after a few hours of sleep. *sigh* Still feeling freaked out by the scammer. I suspected from the beginning that he was a fraud. Why did I let him continue for such a long time?! I have traditionally been one to tell others not to fall for a scam such as that one.

I feel like I've taken a couple of steps back lately. I hope my therapist doesn't blow it off as "part of the healing process." Sometimes she's too optimistic about me; I think it's because she wants me to be "better."

I feel better after being awake for 45 minutes and drinking a Mountain Dew. I’m not sure what last night was about. I don’t have a fever though. Or a cough. I don’t have any plans today. Just read some more. I know they say not to do thanksgiving this year but I am quarantining for 2 weeks and my sister and her family have been quarantining since March. So I guess it will be ok.

I'm glad you're feeling better this morning, Mountaindewed. And I am so thirsty at this moment that a Mountain Dew would hit the spot. I don't think I have had that soda for several years. I do like it.

Thanksgiving will be tough for many. I hope you can enjoy yours. I have seen my siblings a number of times since the pandemic started. We have been safe about the visits, though.

I was upset when I woke up this morning. A whole nother day justto get through.
My new friend has abandoned me. Last couple days I’ve heard nothing from him. What did I do???? At first we texted each other all day long. I could’ve said “I love you” and it wouldn’t have been a lie (though I didn’t want to scare him off).
Then I tried calling another friend last night when I was upset. No answer.
Talked to my mom, frustrated me more and made me feel even more hopeless.
Tomorrow I talk to the nurse and my therapist. I don’t know what to say. My mood chart looks like it does when I drink(wicked good then wicked bad then “I wanna flip a car” etc), but I’ve been sober.
Also I have nothing to do today. Don’t feel like doing anything but I gotta do something.

I drink Mountain Dew several times a week. I like the flavored ones more. You are lucky you get to see your siblings. My sister has been so paranoid about the virus they just now are allowing visitors but we have to quarantine for 2 weeks to be allowed in their house or get 2 Covid tests 5 days apart. The quarantining is easier for my mom and I. I haven’t see them since March.

I got a pop up message one time when I went on a website that said “we suggest it’s best you turn around.” Scared the crap outta me.
