Is it possible to feel extra emotional after just missing one dose of medication? I missed my Latuda yesterday, felt okay this morning, but feelings of depression hit me really hard starting this afternoon. I'm feeling really bad right now: hopeless, on the verge of tears, unworthy, as if life is just going to continue to get worse for me, nobody cares, etc. I am wondering if this is a coincidence, or if anyone else has noticed mood swings after just missing medication once?

IMO yes. If I forget to take any of my meds in the morning I can feel it by mid afternoon. I will feel weepy and off.

Definitely. I also feel physical withdrawal symptoms after a few hours if I miss a dose of a medication.

From my experience, yes. Especially if I miss my evening medications. I think in my case the effect does depend on what medication(s) I miss/don't take.

I do OK if I miss my morning meds once in a while. I'm a mess if I forget my nighttime pills though, that's when I take my sleep med and antipsychotics along with others. No bueno.
