I have been away for about 10 days due to me having a depressive episode that came out of nowhere. I am BPII so I do not usually have mania, only depression. But I havent had any cycling for a few years. I had a med adjustment and am good now. I do not know if anyone wondered or not and its fine if no one did I just wanted to say I am still here and havent dropped off the planet!

Hi sarah! I haven't seen you around on PC lately and yes, I was wondering...thought you were taking a bit of a break. It's good to see you .
