I've been through many pdocs before getting to ones that were willing to help, keep trying I know it's discouraging but keep trying. Maybe start fresh with a therapist since meds are rough for you.

Could you go to a health care provider and say, "Look, these other things haven't worked but I know there's something out there for me. How about funding a new treatment?" I was floating down the same river when ECT was finally suggested to me and that has made all the difference.
