Went to parish brewing company for trivia tonight. I am miserable at trivia, but hubby likes it and does well.2 of our friends were there. Our team ended up winning and we had $20 off our beer tab. nice!
I am working saturday but took the day of memorial day monday , off. we usually have a cook out with paul. jeffs best friend, and katherine. Don't know when she will fly back to hong kong to visit her daughter. she will have to do 2 weeks quarantined at a hotel that right now doesn't have any rooms available. So she doesn't know when she is going to be able to go home to visit her daughter. WE had Popeyes chicken for dinner tonight we ate at the brewery Since they don't serve food they allow you to bring in your own.
yum!

thanks beth,
hubby is good at trivia!
Being a musician and growing up in the 70-80's
he almost always flourishes with the music questions.
bizi glad that your kitty is doing better. prescription cat food can get expensive. We feed our 3 cats the same dry food it is in a gravity feeder so they just graze on it thru out the day. WE get it from our vets office.

YAY for winning trivia.. We use to go every once in a while at a Mexican place. We both suck at Trivia but it was fun to watch everyone so excited.

Hope something works out for Kathrine

Hope you have a wonderful cook out

Thanks ~Christina ,
my house feels hot, I think it is just a hot flash.
Jeff is watching the INDY 500 car race.

It is already half over 200 laps , 500 miles.
I went one time and did not think it was any
fun watching in the stands.
Jeff loves it!
He remember when the snake pit was open

for patrons it was crazy!
when they closed the pit in the 80's it change
the feel. but Jeff said they have opened it up

again, not the same craziness like before.

I am going shopping as soon as I am done

writing this post. I need new undies and maybe some new shorts.
have a great weekend!

What is wrong with my colon????
This morning a had constipation took a long time and much grunting to pass the stool hate that. then now 3;22pm I had almost diarrhea.I had had 2 cups of coffee and took a caffeine pill 200mg like usual.
I don't think I have ever had constipation and diarrhea 5 hours apart.
I still take twice a day 2 senna plus stool softeners(peri colace)plus 2 more colace(twice a day) and gummie fibers at night and the OTC glucommon 3 of those at noon. I did drink a lot yesterday so wonder if that had anything to do with it?????

So I am taking quite a lot of pills to keep going!!!!!!!!!
I had a left over Chicken sandwich for noon today, we are going to a cook out this evening well actually 5 pm. so we will leave in about an hour. I worked today seeing 2 clients. One with a bad toe nail infected toe, I took off more than half the nail i recommended taking her to a walk in clinic so they can prescribe antibiotics and cut off the remaining nail. that is beyond my scope of practice.

then the second client was a new one for me. I used my electric sander on her big toe nails to thin them. The family was happy with what I did.

I am 7 pounds from my highest weight.
I am 195 right now. UGH!

I must do something about this.
Drinking alcohol is my downfall.

I had less then 2 beers after work at fat pats
and will try to limit it to that. and not
have hubby make me gin and tonics.
I have been having heart burn pretty

bad every night. truly lemonades,

sour beers I just can't drink those any more.

So I am crossing my fingers tonight

and will tell jeff my hubby that that is

what I want to do.
NO GIN AND TONICS!!!!!

I was manic about 10 years a go. And got down

to 122, I am 5 ' 7 "
thinking that I was going to try to get to 120.
5 years ago I was 135.
and I looked great bought smaller scrubs

felt great then I crashed after falling down

some brick stairs almost crushed the small

child that I had picked up. I turned to the side to protect her and broke my collar bone when I landed.....

I drank so much yesterday.
My tdoc canceled on my 9am visit so I went back
to bed was hung over and needed to get some
more sleep and set the alarm wrong and jeff

came looking for me and found me in bed, told

me the time and I was horrified. jumped up and
ran a comb thru my hair and ran out the door,

no face washed no brushed my teeth
no no no taking care of my self.
So decided to not drink, did not stop at

fat pats like usual. came home and jeff

said the chicken thighs we could cook for
dinner but I felt that they were still partially

frozen. So we went to chipotle and had good food.
came home started on billing. and got 20 bills done.

That was enough. I only had a few days left to bill.

they can wait a while.
Day 1 of not drinking, after drinking for so many days. I finally have a day one.
geesh

This issue has been going on for a long time now. I'm no big fan of rehab, but it helps a lot of people. You've tried quitting on your own before and could only manage a few months. Some people can't quit without some kind of help. Just a thought. I hope you can give the drinking a rest.

Have had a 30 af days in a row, but this year was t
he first when I did not give up alcohol for lent.
I went in patient for 30 days due to mania and and psychosis.
and was af when released to IOP for 5 weeks.
I am lonely, have few friends, mostly quintessences.
I stop buy fat pats to socialize amongst the bartenders
and to get work done answer phone calls. I will try to stay away from fat pats and not buy any beer.
my weight is up to 193 this morning. need to get
back to AF to lose weight.
