I live alone and I talk to people I see in my flat. Anyways I was talking and I started getting paranoid like someone was in my flat. I'm staring at the front door so nothing came in but now last night I got so scared I was hiding under my duvet scared and crying. I think it's a delusion or it could be hallucination or paranoia in over kill. What do you guys think? This morning I'm still scared and I'm exhausted as didn't sleep much

I'm so sorry you are going through this, it sounds awful. I don't know much about this kind of thing, but your experience sounds similar to a friend of mine who became paranoid/delusional at some point in his BP journey. It didn't last, but was painful. He went through a regime of meds and therapy to deal with it. Have you talked with your doc? I hope this doesn't continue for you. No sleep is harmful enough as it is. Be well.

Perhaps the lack of sleep is at least partly to blame. If these hallucinations keep haunting you perhaps it'd be best to contact a therapist or pdoc as soon as possible. Also remember to take your meds if you haven't already. If things get REALLY bad Please do consider checking yourself at an Hospital. Please do keep us updated. Sending many Safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @Miss Laura, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!

Thanks guys, I have managed to get through today its 5:20pm here dreading sleep tonight but hey ho. I am seeing my CPN Community Psychiatric Nurse tomorrow afternoon as well as getting my next installment of injection for Depot injection. I'm going to tell my team tomorrow. I just worry this is the norm now.

I don't know what it was.... (hallucination, delusuion or paranoia) whatever it was it was scary for sure

I can somewhat relate to you. A few months ago a "man" appeared in my apartment. I do not recognize him as anyone I know. He just stands there and looks out the window. He's not threatening, but still, it's disturbing.

I'm glad you've seen your CPN today.
