In absence of a new question I'll say that I would love to be able to compete on the show Jeopardy. However, I think the stress of such exposure would be hard on me. I might look too anxious and maybe have poor recall as a result. But I am pretty good at the game. Not mega champ level, but likely better than most people. I have a good knowledge of many things with just some exceptions. I am also very good at naming bands or composers after only a few notes played. I wow my husband with that.
What board or other type of game (including card games) are you fairly good at? __________________ Dx: Bipolar type 1 Psych Medications: * Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg * Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg * Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 600 mg * Seroquel IR (quetiapine IR) 50 mg * Lyrica (pregabalin) 100 mg |

I’m just so-so at board games but love playing games. Long ago when I lived in the twin cities I had a game night once a month. We even played the Barbie date dame which I found at a thrift store! Ha it was a fun night. We mostly played a trivia game where you collected triangles for a circle.
Did you ever throw a game night for friends or family? __________________ Nammu …Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. …... Desiderata Max Ehrmann |

We have game night when my nieces stay for the weekend. Usually we place apples to apples (love that game) and sometimes other games.

When I’m in the mood for it, sure. It makes a nice change.

When I was 11 years old I had scarlet fever. I was so violently ill I was literally delirious. I was too sick to be afraid or to think...the illness was my entire world.

I guess mine would be just to keep busy and to keep active, fill every moment of your day
I often find it surprising (still very surprising) how a lot of issues come to the surface when I'm not doing anything or keeping my mind busy, and with no one to talk too, it's not great what time do you usually go to sleep at night |

I watch Colbert and then Seth’s monolog. So it’s usually almost midnight. But on weeks when there’s repeats I go to bed around 11pm. After I go to bed I read for a half hour or so and turn the lights off.
