Partly sunny and 70 F (21 C) with a mild breeze. Either very green with flowers and fresh air, or peak autumn colors with the smell of autumn in the air.

I always have hypo/mania in the summer. Otherwise it used to be more season variant until I went on clozapine and things leveled out a bunch.

Other than the end of the pandemic, I'd like to be able to speak a lot more of the local language of the country I'm in. That would make life easier and open up many more opportunities. What is your favorite season? And why? |

Spring is my favorite season because the weather warms up and there's no snow (usually!).

Yes, my best friend. She didn't approve of how I was living my life and faith. She didn't seem to get that when suicidal people aren't so cheerful. She was very mean to me at the end.

Yes. I'd like to say "Unfortunately, yes" but I think having some snack/sweet on hand is good. Only occasionally do I have chips or pretzels, or the like. I like them, but I tend to eat too many when I do. I don't miss not having them as much as I do not having sweets. When I have no sweets on hand, I generally make them from scratch. I've gone as long as weeks without salty snacks. What sweet or salty snack do you crave most? |

I have both although I don't like salty stuff a lot. But I have orthostatic hypotension and the treatment for that is salty snacks and gatorade while we try to adjust meds to fix it. I really am getting sick of pretzels.
