I listen to music from 8-10pm then I go to bed between 10 and 11:30pm whenever I get bored tbh. I pop on YouTube and listen to a video or two of ASMR that usually knocks me out for the count.

Question: in the UK its Autumn nearly Winter here.... we have had to scrap our cars in Scotland so on that note.... do you like the darker nights/darker mornings or do you prefer the lighter days/nights?

A: I get more depressed in the winter, but I enjoy the nighttime. Here, it gets dark at like 4:30pm/5pm in the winter. It's a bit early, but it gives me a longer feeling of "being able to enjoy the night"

Q: Do you enjoy popcorn? Any favorite toppings?

I like the popcorn I make myself in an air cooker bowl. I like salt and a little bit of butter, shaken well to mix.

Does it bother you when people joke about being so psychotic, or manic or whatever to describe themselves when they do something unusual?

Yes, a little bit, but I stopped trying to "educate" such people. It causes more harm to me than it helps. Sad to say, but many such people just don't "get it". They sometimes can only learn by actually experiencing the disorder themselves or in someone they care for. And even then they might still not understand. Sad but true.

Who in your life, besides mental health professionals, best understands your bipolar disorder?

My daughter, she was there plus she herself has bipolar 1.

Do you like or dislike surprises? Why or why not?

I'm not overly fond of surprises because I don't like change. If it's just a surprise party or something I'm fine but big surprises can be unsettling.

Have you run your heat yet?

Nope. I moved 18 hours south of where I used to live and my air conditioning is still running. Tomorrow is supposed to be 86

Are you following Major League Baseball in this postseason?

Baked in a cake! 😃 I love eggs any way you serve them but I have a special place for soft poached eggs. Mostly though I scramble them with cheese.

American bacon 🥓 or Canadian bacon

That's a difficult question for me. I like them both but they seem so different. I look at Canadian bacon as more of a ham and use it as such. I use English/American-style bacon more often in cooking (French cuisine) or BLTs, but as far as a side to a breakfast, it's a toss up. Actually, I more often ordered breakfast sausage (links or patties) or the beloved New Jersey pork roll. [Fellow New Jerseyan wildflowerchild understands.] Scrapple is also sometimes an option. I use the past tense because American-style breakfasts are not common in Czech Republic, though I make them occasionally. Of all of these mentioned meats, only American bacon is available in CZ. They call it "English bacon" (Anglická slanina) for England, rather than America, which makes sense. Czech bacon is similar but yet even fattier and thicker and more for cooking. At hotels here, they more often offer kolbasa (kielbasa) or even hot dogs as a warm buffet breakfast side meat. At home, Czechs more often eat cold thin deli ham or salami, and not daily.

What is your favorite breakfast? How often do you have it?

I occasionally wake myself with a snore but I don't think I actually snore since I had a sleep study and it wasn't mentioned in the report.

Do you have a favorite scent?

Yes, I love fruits and vegetables, especially vegetables. I've never met a vegetable that I didn't like. I try to keep to a "2 fruits or vegetables (or more)" policy for each meal of the day. My husband has always liked this policy, too. We've already eaten 5 or 6 servings so far today. At dinner we will add another 2 servings (or 3 if you count the potato as one, which most do). Total will be about 9 servings of fruits/vegetables. Though some are included within a dish (in small portions), today we will have eaten the following: orange, raspberries/blackberry, pineapple, carrot, grape tomatoes, Lamb's lettuce, onion, pickle, radish, yellow pepper, cauliflower, peas, corn, fresh herbs, potatoes, apple, and a few dried fruit (cherries, cranberries, raisins). If I were to count the wine, too, that would add red grapes.

What feel (as in touch) makes you least comfortable?

No, I've never liked doing them. I don't have the patience for it and never feel that solving one would provide adequate satisfaction (reward) for me to warrant the trouble and time. I find no fun in them.

Is there a hobby you found, perhaps later in your life, that you were good at or really liked doing?

How spicy from no fins to six fins do you like your food?

I have my teddy bear and special blanket.

Assuming people and pets were safe what is the first thing you'd rescue from a fire?
