I keep putting that off because it will be messy with the new dirt I'm going to have to get. I could repot them on my balcony I guess? Then sweep it up when I'm done? Maybe I could make an actual TikTok video? You know- talking? I'm not sure how to pause it though. Maybe I'll ask my friend who introduced me to TikTok to help me.

I posted an article on Facebook about how my town's covid rates are getting really bad again. Two of my friends posted anti-vaccine things in response! They said the shot is spreading the disease. I highly doubt that, as what's in the shot is just a protein of the actual virus, not the whole thing and it's certainly not a live vaccine. Do NOT want to stir up a controversy here, but just sayin' I don't understand these two. One of which has the audacity to post on my page after not talking with me for years?? And that's all she says?? Now I have a deluge of anti-vaccine posts under my article about my town having a lot of cases right now. Of course they say "It's the vaccine's fault!" I swear- they come up with the answers first and then retro go and make up the facts to go with them! Or maybe its just these two people. Well plus one of their husbands. So that makes 3 people blowing up my facebook page. Anyway....
You can always delete their comments. It's your Facebook page. You can also block that so-called friend that you haven't heard from for a while.

I feel so much better today and it seemed to happen shortly after I got my weekly injection. I snapped out of the tired depressed bad mood I was in Thursday and Friday and before 11:30 this morning. I’m wondering if my levels are low. I have an order anyways to get blood work done to check them. I plan on going on Monday while my mom is at the doctors. Then we will go on our road trip we had planned on going on yesterday.

The fact that I was actually sleeping yesterday and this morning instead of just lying down makes me think it may be my levels. My doctor had wondered the same thing and that’s why he ordered the tests.

Hey Guys ad Gals

Hope everyone is doing okay.

I have all my windows open the weather is amazing !!!!!

Lots going on... But I am going to try and be here daily. I dont have much of a schedule in life the last months.

I had my second Moderna shot Thurday. Sore arm ( very swollen) down to my fingers. Woke up to the same, 1:30 I swear I felt like I hit a brick wall. I have never felt so exhausted in my life and over all body pain on top of my normal daily pain. , Ugh. I went to bed, Got up at 6 by alarm, made wraps for dinner took my meds an and right back to bed. I slept til 3 PM today !!!!! I still feel just as terrible... All my friends told me they had the same but woke up in 3 days and felt fully back to normal. I hope for the same..

This is still better than catching covid!

Hug and love too all

So you have had the 2nd vaccination shot and felt terrible.

I am so sorry. I just had mild symptoms after my 2nd shot, low grade fever achiness in my joints, arm hurt but that all went away in a couple of days.
miss you glad to see a post from you!!!!!!!!!

Yikes! I'm so sorry you had such a rough go of it. I agree, though...better than covid.

I'm having my second Moderna shot on Tuesday, so I'm preparing with several bottles of Gatorade.

Yesterday was a pretty busy day. I had stuff to keep me occupied the entire work day. And at the end of the day I ended up talking to two female coworkers for a couple of hours! Time just flew by. So I ended up getting home around 9pm. Today, I just did not want to wake up I was so tired. I got up to feed the cat and eat a bowl of cereal, then ended up falling back asleep on the couch. I had to get up tho bc my landscaper was supposed to come over and give me an estimate for this project, which he did. So in order for me to not go to sleep and get some homework done (which I still haven't finished at this point), I had to drink my energy drink. I swear I'm to the point where I can't function without one. I don't know if this is the placebo effect, but I don't think so bc I can drink one and still not be totally awake and go back to sleep after I've had one. This exhaustion is ridiculous.
At any rate, I had to go to home depot to buy all the mulch, which ended up being less than I thought, for my guy to work on my front yard tomorrow morning. So by the end of the day tomorrow, everything should be done and my house can look like I give a damn about it.

I’m thinking of heading over to the hospital. I took a lot. Maybe I can get back into iop or something instead of IP.
Possible trigger:

Moutaindewweek, you need to go to the hospital. If you don't now if you've taken an unsafe dose you need checked out. Please, please go and talk to them. They may not admit you or maybe send you to IOP if that's what you want but you need checked and they need to be sure what you took is safe.

It was another beautiful day here in Ontario. I wore my sunhat. I love sunhats. They are so pretty i don't know why they're not more popular. I attended my ZOOM social hour and it's amazing how much impact a tame conversation can have. I've felt so much better since i started attending. I had a nice evening watching my soaps. I'm starting to feel fragile hope that i have a sustainable life.

Hugs to all!

I agree with Rainbow, you should go to the hospital. Especially if you don't feel safe. Please get yourself checked out. I wish you well and that you're able to get the help you need.

I think that when I am finally signed up for the public health insurance where I am, I will need to go to a neurologist. My back and/or shoulder pain, and clearly associated tingling/numbness of extremities, continue. My guess is that I have pinched nerve(s) as a result of injuries from moving-related labor. I don't do myself any favors, as I continue to push myself, physically. Stuff still needs doing. I'm no longer a young woman. Lying in bed (any bed) is when this problem really shows itself. That's obviously unavoidable, as I cannot sleep standing up or sitting. Boo!

My mom said she wouldn’t take me to the ER. Said she had too much wine. I’ll go in the morning. I dumped the cough syrup down the sink. I sent an email to my therapist. I hope she doesn’t get pissed.

Today is vacuuming and mopping day! I do have a new vacuum, which is nice. It's black and yellow and looks like a bumble bee. Been taking the Amantadine and Cogentin; the tremor and shaking is 50% improved. I'm hoping it improves more after a few days. Coping with shaking like that is a true struggle. I took my car into the mechanic a few days ago & he was very obviously watching my hand tremor. He could have been thinking of a hundred things, who knows what. But I was very embarrassed.

So far the only difficult side effect is very dry mouth. I think it's from the Cogentin.

I have 6 appointments next week and a long list of things to do for myself and my family. It’s just h*llish. I got so stressed out my chest started hurting badly as did my head. Somehow, I need to learn how to handle stress better and to realize I can’t do it all and that self care and relaxation every day is a necessity and not a luxury. I used every tool in my toolbox and it was no go. I’ve calmed down but it was a tough day. It will be an even tougher week unless I get myself under control.

On the flip side, the weather was beautiful and sunny and breezy again. I spent some time outside today pondering solutions. Bump what I can and prioritize, prioritize, prioritize.
