This weekend marks a year since I was IP!!! This month also marks 1 year since I’ve self harmed!

Thanks guys! If you know anything about my journey...you know that I am usually in the hospital at least once or twice a year. This last time I was there for 24 days. That was after staying a week or so and starting outpatient. I had to go back in. I was dangerously suicidal and felt I had to do it or else demons would hurt my family and friends. Thats a story for another time...

congratulations hallie, happy for you that you have been able to stay out of the hospital which means that with your care team and support team family and friends have held you regain some/ a lot of stability over the past year.
It is really hard work to stay sane, you are worthy of this effort! bizi
