So two weeks ago we started reducing my meds. I know I have talked about that a lot. Overall it hasn’t been too bad. Tiredness still an issue. Biggest issue is I am switching from high to low even in the same day. Right now I feel edgy because I want to clean stuff because the clutter is bothering me but I don’t have the energy or motivation to do it. Would this be considered a mixed state?

Talk to pdoc later and see if he changes anything else.

Hi, Crook32! Maybe it is a mixed state. But I experience this a lot, & to me it just means I want to do things that I can't do because I don't have the energy. It's terribly frustrating, & sometimes I cry, wishing I had the energy. Good luck to you!

A mixed state is hypomania/mania and depression...do you feel manic? I understand that the clutter is bothering you, but do you feel crazy-compelled to clean it up, or is it more likely that your energy is low?

Well some good came out of it. My cleaning rubbed off on my wife so we got some stuff accomplished in my spurts of energy and nap breaks.
Pdoc increased my clozapine and got rid of lithium. Working on getting rid of propranolol next. It came be frustrating when you have no patience. He thinks my external stuff is causing my anxiety and once I fix that in therapy I can get off klonopin.
I asked pdoc what our ideal goal was and he pretty much clozapine will be my stable drug that he hopes will take care of most problems and maybe lamictal to ease the mood swings. I would be shocked to be down to just 2.
