So I had my first TMS session this morning. We did a double session to reduce how many times I have to drive there. They tried to do the mapping but they couldn’t find a good spot so they did the best position and turned the machine up to 100%. So there is not any room to go up, the dr said my mapping is sh*tty. Just don’t want to flip to hypomania. They were debating given my history if TMS will even work for me. The double session was 28 minutes once they started to machine. Mapping took like 20 minutes so I was in the office around 1 hour. I am really glad they offered double sessions to cut down on the drive.

I hope the nausea goes away for you. I think I would draw the line at Tms. There’s just something about it that scares me.

ECT is worse. I liked ketamine but I can’t do that while on lamictal.

Had to cancel my treatment today because of a headache and too tired to get there. But I did get to have quality time with my youngest son this evening. Can’t say I remember the last time I did that.

Yeah took him to a candy store and then he had a bath with a bath bomb. He said it was his most relaxing day ever and that he liked the bonding time.
