I feel like a big boy today. I bought a motorcycle 3 years ago with no riding experience whatsoever story of my life right. Well I decided not to ride it at all until I took a motorcycle safety class so I took that about a month after I bought it. I decided since I did good in the class that I would be fine on this bike. I jumped on it after I warmed it up I did not even make it to the end of my driveway I hit the front brake to hard and dumped it on its side. I took a couple of Weekes before my next ride attempt because I pulled a muscle when I layer it down. Well after the break I got up the nerve to ride it again Well I make it down the end of the road got it turned around in the cul-de-sac no problem I get back to my house and went to stop and put my leg down to balance and my knee buckled lol and down it went again.
Well my wife also started riding that year also and she had a shorter bike then mine so guess what I learned to ride on it and I bought my own like it last year.

Well I decided at the beginning of this year to sell it but I needed to get it running first. Well fast forward several weeks even having all the parts needed. I did it today I got her up and running. I had to put fresh fuel in and a new battery but I got it up and going.

Sounds like you gave riding your best shot, it's just not for you, and selling the bike is a good idea.

Nah I just chose the wrong first bike and did not take into account how weak my knees would be holding up such a tall adventure bike. I like my cruiser much lower and lighter.
