Slept very lightly and was awake often during the night. Went to bed at midnight and finally gave up at 6. But did sleep enough to have some cool Star Trek dreams.

I slept okay last night. I woke up in the middle of the night from a dream, though. I dreamed that this guy I dated back in 2004/5 -who I am still friends with- wasn't married (like he really is) and he was putting floppy discs into a round computer- old hard-cased floppy discs. On it was a recording of these two girls- maybe his daughters- young and singing a song. Of course I can't remember the song but it had harmony in the dream! Well, I got brave and kissed him passionately and he backed off, uncomfortable. This is like in real life years ago when I went to his place purposefully to have sex and we'd barely done anything but get naked and he just stopped. I asked what was wrong and he just kept saying "I don't know... I don't know. I don't know!" Well! Now he's remarried (2nd wife) and happy as a clam so I don't know that I should share this dream with him, but it sure was something I woke up from and went "huh!"

I’ve been up since 1 something. I took a Benadryl but didn’t have much luck. I didn’t try very hard though to go back to sleep. I had an orange Vanilla Coke and a glass of pumpkin cold brew coffee and now I feel like I can get back to sleep for a bit. But I’m not sure I want to.

Edit: I fell back asleep for about 45 minutes or any hour or something. So I feel decently rested now. Often I need caffeine in order to get back to sleep. I don’t know why.

Yay Moose, Nammu and Dawn!! getting some sleep is a huge thing !!!

I finally got some half way good sleep but it took Neurontin. I'ts not something I take often as I need it to cause sleepiness. Steve got up with the Dogs today so I was able to sleep in.

Hope every is able to get some sleep tonight

I slept from 6:30 until almost 6 this morning. I was very tired. I feel better now but I could use another soda.

Slept from 10-11pm and from 12-2am. Je ne comprend pas. I'm too freaking excited to live and open myself up to all this inspiration around me to sleep.

I ate dinner. I was exhausted. I fell asleep and woke up an hour later. Then I fell back asleep for half an hour. But it’s very early and I’m not sure what I did to wake up at this time. Waking up at this time is unusual even for me.

Oh I know! Aren’t the cool nights wonderful!! Unfortunately mum turned the heat on so now it’s not so cool but for a few nights I wrapped in thick blanket and slept so soundly. Still I managed mostly to sleep pretty good this past week.

I'm sorry your Mom needs it warmer because wrapped up in a blanket sleeping is the best. Lots of people love weighted blanket but I would only be able to use when its cold cold. So never really a want Besides I love all my super soft fuzzy blankets LOL

Hope your being able to sleep well continues

Yes there’s nothing better than a thick blanket but I’d be too warm in a weighted blanket so not a want for me either. I’m glad you’re sleeping still that is such good news.

Last night was weird. I fell asleep around 7 or so and I woke up at 10:30 really hungry. So I made Stouffers mac and cheese bites which required the oven. So I spent 20 minutes making food at 11 at night. I don’t know what time I finally fell back asleep but I think it was around 1. Then I woke up at 5. Usually I’d sleep in until 6:30 with a night like that.

Last night took me a bit longer to go to sleep to the point I was kind of in a "slight panic" over it. Tonight if it starts out that way I plan to just take another shower. I even took fresh clothes already into the bathroom so I wont have to worry about finding them.

Hope sleep finds everyone tonight

Last night wasn’t so wonderful. Fell asleep quick enough but had an intense dream and woke up 4 hours after falling asleep. The dream was rather cool and a lot like the early 007 movies. Only it was set in Egypt and in museums. Lots of cool clothes and the people that mysteriously disappeared or died weren’t close. I didn’t mind the dream only that it woke me up and I couldn’t get back to sleep. I did stay in bed with my eyes closed hoping tho.
