I got up early yesterday morning for aqua fitness and was tired last night. I read a bit like I always do but stopped quickly and fell asleep relatively quickly. Had dream of being in a house that was crowded with people and davenports. The davenports were all kinds and some with canopies. They were peoples bedrooms.

I fell asleep at 6. I woke up at midnight. I had some weird dream about being in a hotel, then in high school. Then in 3rd grade. There was a lot of food involved in my dreams since I went to bed without eating much.

I’ve been taking 30 milligrams of strong melatonin these last 2 nights. I’ve been sleeping pretty good. Not that that is a good idea. But at least I’m sleeping. This morning I slept in longer then my mom did. Which was still at 7. So maybe she just got up unusually early.

I am still sleeping for short periods & dreaming a lot, dreams that seem so real. I don't think I sleep long enough to go into deep sleep, & that's probably partly why I'm so tired all the time.

I’ve been up since 2. I didn’t really want to go back to sleep anyways because I wanted to watch the AGT from last night that my mom recorded. I listened to a bit of music then I turned on the TV at 3. I wanted to watch that so I could read all day today. This happened last Wednesday where I work up semi on purpose to watch AGT at 3AM.
I don’t feel like getting up right now even though it’s the time I’m usually up. I’ll get up and take a shower in half an hour or so. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

I took a big med concoction at 7. Which knocked me out all the way until 2. Whoopi. I just listened to my music. I had something to drink but I forget what it was. Then I almost got my book done. I got up at my usual 6 time.
I’m hoping to sleep well tonight. I took my melatonin already but I didn’t take my 160 mil Geodon. I drank a mug of stress tea which is also making me drowsy. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

I woke up at 3:45. I was excited at first that I woke up at a decent time but then I realized that 3:45 is about an hour early then I like to wake up. I tried listening to my music and going back to sleep. That didn’t work so I read about 3 sentences in my book before giving up and going back to the music and just staying up until 6:15.

Slept poorly last night. I didn't take anything to sleep (no ZzzQuil, no melatonin), but recently I've been sleeping well without taking anything. Last night I kept awakening and didn't even feel tired. I think I'm shaken up by my new creepy pdoc.

I fell asleep around 6:30 or 7. I woke up at 11:30, I think because I was hungry. So I ate a couple things and I took a few melatonin and I got back to sleep around 1. I woke up at about 4 and all that melatonin made me feel a bit queasy but I got over it the more I woke up.

My Sleep has been hit and miss. So much is going on over seas and then the devastating flood in my state. I had the news on last night and I had to turn it off. I need to be an Ostrich and stick my head in the sand for right now, got to push self care.
Tonight.. well its 5 am so no sleep for me at this point and that's okay. I took my night meds and I didnt even get an extended blink Hope you all are getting some glorious sleep __________________ Helping others gets me out of my own head ~ |

I've slept well recently but for some reason up today at 4am. I just got approved for a new apartment and I've been really excited about it so that's part of the reason I can't sleep.

I slept last night but not well. I was at a B&B and I had a ton of homework to do. I didn’t know my professors name’s couldn’t find the syllabus. Couldn’t find my password to get into the campus computer system. Got help from my cousin the librarian. ( my password was, ability) had no place to write it down. Cut one of the B&B’s place holders down to a scrap placed it in my back pocket. My books, notes and supplies were all over the B&B. Finally got them together but couldn’t carry them all. Had three book reports to do and no time to read. Needed to do an oil painting….oh it was stressful. I woke up exhausted and way too early

I actually stayed up past 6:30. I watched the AGT results show in my bed. I fell asleep right before the judges choice although I knew it would be an obvious choice. I woke up at some time to turn off the TV. I don’t know what time it was or what was on. Then I fell asleep until my usual 4:15 time.

I woke up right before 2. I think I woke up because I was hungry. But I was glad I woke up early because I wanted to continue to read my book. I ate a couple things and I had a diet cherry Dr. Pepper. I read with the flashlight on my phone. I got kind of anxious and nauseated around 4 so I took a zofran and a Valium. I got out of bed 45 minutes ago and took a shower. Then I cleaned my room. I am tired but I fell asleep fast before 7 and I slept very deeply. So technically I got enough sleep.
