Oh, good. I’m glad you got a solid sleep, you’ve been needing that for awhile now.

Early morning and I'm up. Again. Back pain is not really helping me this time around. I took some generic Aleve, so I'm waiting for some relief before I go back to bed.

I slept pretty good last night. I got up around midnight to drink a soda but I was only up for about 10 minutes or so. I know my new med can cause drowsiness.

The one constant of the taper is that it takes me longer to fall asleep. But once asleep I sleep pretty good. My dreams aren’t as vivid, that’s a bummer.
Last nights dream I was really a special snowflake. But I got better. __________________ Nammu …Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. …... Desiderata Max Ehrmann |

I fell asleep around 7 or 7:30 and I kept waking up throughout the night because of my fan but only for a few seconds at a time. I woke up at 3:15 and listened to music and watched Youtube and then fell back asleep from 5 or so until close to 6. So I'd say it was a 4th succesful night in a row.

It took me until past 10 to fall asleep. I think I was just really hungry. I finally ate a 100 calorie pack of nuts and then my mom turned on the air and I got to sleep until 4 and then I took my topamax and got another hour or so of sleep. So it wasn't a bad night. Just different then normal

I have no idea how long I slept or when I slept. But I know I must have fallen asleep now & then, because I remember waking up, & I was usually coming out of a dream.

I woke up around 12:30 and got about half an hour of sleep at about 3:45. I wonder if thats starting up again. Those 4 nights in a row of good sleep were nice while they lasted

Ever since my psychiatrist added an extra 200 mg Seroquel (now 700 mg, with 500 mg XR and 200 mg IR) I keep waking up again and again in the middle of the night. I am clocking enough sleep if I add it all up, though. I fell asleep on the sofa at maybe 7 pm, then woke up at 10 pm, thinking it was morning. Then Hubby dragged me to bed, where I slept, but very briefly woke up at 12 am, then 2 am, then 4 am and then 5:50 am. It's 5:57 am now and I'm thinking of staying up. Wish I could eat breakfast, but won't since Hubby likes to eat together. I won't wake him this early. Maybe just a glass of OJ.

I fell asleep at about 8. I woke up at 2:15 in a panic thinking I was having an existential crisis because of a cookie. I know, weird. I really just woke up with anxiety because my closet light was on. Which still doesn't make any sense. But anyways, I turned off the light and then I did go eat half a cookie and got back to sleep in less then 15 minutes and I woke up around 6.

Like the previous day, I woke up a few times in the middle of the night. I've been awake now since about 6 am and will stay awake. I went to bed early last night perhaps partly because of the increased Seroquel, but likely also because I did so much physical labor yesterday. I'm sore and got too much sun, even with some sunburn on my upper back.

I had a bit of the creeps so I went to bed before 5 while it was still light out. I had my music on without my headphones but I turned it off after a bit and then fell asleep before 6:30 and I think I stayed asleep until 3:30. I don't think I woke up before. Or if I did I don't remember it much. So I woke up early but considering I went to bed so early it wasn't a bad night.

Had a wonderful dream last night. I with a handful of others returned to a English farm that was converted into bedrooms and a lodge. Everyone was old friends. And received the rooms depending on their circumstances , a family with three kids got the biggest room with a bath attached. And I as a single woman received a room to share with another single woman. We all gathered in the lounge to play trivia off an old computer.

Didn't sleep any meaningful amount last night. Two hours in one stretch and another hour to fill out the night. I actually feel OK at the moment, which is good considering I have people to meet in an hour. By the end of the day...

I wish I had gotten some. Running on five hours sleep for the past 48. At the moment, I feel agitated, like I'm going to jump out of my skin. I might actually crash today. I'll welcome it if it comes. It fits the pattern, for me at least. Two to three days without sleep, then one day completely out. If I can get some uninterrupted sleep, I could probably bounce back.
Maybe if I start thinking on , I'll get to sleep faster? __________________ "I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear.
