Fell asleep sometime past 1:30am, woke up at 4. I should've taken a PRN but I kinda wanted to avoid sleeping. My dad's around and he's not in a good state of mind so, yeah, was kinda afraid to sleep.

I slept really well last night. Despite my pain. I have no idea how many pounds of weighted blankets I was under. I was under my 20 pound Queen one and my 2 other ones that equal 20 pounds. But it didn’t feel like 40 pounds of weight. but I was under a lot. I slept all the way from 7-5. I couldn’t find my phone at 5 so I just decided to fall back asleep until 6.

I only took the one melatonin last night. I know they work better when you take less. But I think it was all the weighted blankets more then anything else. I also read all day instead of watching TV or using my phone. So that may have helped me sleep good.

I didn’t sleep the greatest. I think it was the new memory foam mattress. Or that I went to bed without dinner. I woke up at 4 and I tried to fall back asleep but I knew it would be useless. So I just watched TV until I took a shower at 6.

I’ve been doing pretty good overall with sleep. Every few days I have a bad night but mostly I’m sleeping at least 5-6 hours, so can’t complain

I don't even know. Almost every night all I do is dream about my daughter, that she's talking to me again. We have such good times in the dreams, like we used to. Then I wake up and want a whole different life.

My rough nights are the pm classes but on the days with am classes I sleep good. I’m sure that over all the increased exercise has helped.

I took one of my anti vertigo meds to help me sleep. I had a bit of vertigo too so I figured it was ok. I took that along with my melatonin and my usual 160mil Geodon and a couple extra strength Tylenol. I had my weekly injection right before all that too. I was knocked out from about 7 until close to 5:30. I kept waking up and at one point around 4:30 I needed to use the bathroom but I couldn’t find my way to the door I was so drowsy. I think my brother was in there but I didn’t see a light on. So I went back to bed. I needed a can of iced coffee and a can of Mountain Dew in order to fully be alert and even after the caffeine I stayed in bed and watched TV a bit before taking a shower.

That vertigo stuff really knocked me out though.

When its just getting light out and you have finally found a comfortable position to sleep in and the dogs wake you up literally 31 mins later LOL

I took a lot again last night. But this time I didn’t fall asleep until 10. I woke up at 6:15. I usually wake up at 4:45. I don’t know how tonight will go. I haven’t had as much caffeine as I did yesterday. And I didn’t have any in the afternoon. But my new bed is funny and I don’t seem to fall asleep as fast. Or else I’ve started to become immune to the melatonin I started a few weeks ago.

I got about 2 hours of sleep after midnight. My energy is low but I think I'm managing ok at the moment.

I woke up after falling off a ledge. I hadn’t slept got up to watch Saturday morning comics then went back to bed and finally got some sleep. It was a dream, a long complicated dream in which I was really out of it and mum worked at a university and I went to visit but my clothes and purse was all wrong so I took a subway, train and had to walk these various hallways with crazy stairs and obstacles I made it back with the right purse but got detained in a new lounge area. It was a book nook. Somehow I got back to where mum worked and we went back to the book nook and there was a little eatery above via a blue ladder attached to the wall. When we came out we lifted a girl in a stroller up to see a video. I was trying to get video number 39 to play, but no matter what I did I couldn’t get the video of local road closures to play. Then I realized that we had not paid for our meal! I went back though the maze and was half way up the ladder when it broke in half sending me down to a look out ledge which broke off and send me over. I woke up then. Maybe there’s a reason old loony toon cartoons are in the morning? They don’t make for good dreams?

I’ve been avoiding taking my Geodon because the smell of hamburger helper is so tempting. I’m hoping my Geodon works fairly quickly and I’ll fall asleep until my usual time at 6. I don’t plan on showering for the second day in a row and I know that is super gross but I honestly just don’t have the energy. Unless I get night sweats again and then I’ll for sure feel the need to shower.

I fell asleep around 8. I fell asleep pretty quickly. So I was able to avoid the hamburger helper. I woke up 15 minutes ago. Which is kinda early for me. But not unusually early. I had a dream about The Sound Of Music. But it was just like a memory of when the captain comes in right after the favorite things song. So maybe it was more of just my first thought when I woke up then a dream. I wanted to watch the movie though which I always try to avoid each christmas.

I have slept its been a chemical sleep but at least its giving me a bit of a break.

Is it wrong to glare at my husband when he goes to bed, gets his pillow right and is snoring 33 seconds later??
